My Approach
Kids communicate through play when they don't have the words. I use play to interpret their needs, build upon their strengths, and when helpful, incorporate coping skills along the way.

I get to meet each child, teen, and young adult where they are at and tailor my approach for their age, individual needs and goals. I use a combination of play, CBT, and DBT to inform each session.
