The Counseling Corner was created to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to grow, learn, heal, and laugh a little.
My passion has always been working with children, teens, and young adults. I have 6 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings that inform my practice today.
My expertise is working with those that are experiencing anxiety disorders, ADHD, ASD level 1, behavior concerns, school struggles, or going through life transitions.

What to Expect
Consult call - This is where we can talk about your concerns, questions, and what you are looking for in a therapist to decide if we would be a good fit.
Portal and Forms - I will send you access to a portal where there will be intake forms to fill out.
First Session - This is a get-to-know-you session with one (or both) parents and the child or teen if under the age of 18. This will help me have a better understanding on how to better help, and together we can create goals to work towards. We will decide together the frequency of sessions that will fit your family or your needs best.
Follow Up Sessions - This is where we will learn a little, laugh a little, and start to grow! The best outcomes happen when the child or teen is practicing what they learn in session at home. I welcome feedback and progress updates from parents along the way, and we can schedule parent sessions as needed. You (parents) are the most important part of your child's growth!
