Children don't always have the words to share what is happening on the inside.
I use a combination of play, games, arts and crafts, and "drawing-it-out," to make kids feel seen, understood and support their growth.
Teens are facing challenges that might be hard to talk about.
I provide a safe space to talk it out and build social-emotional skills that they can use throughout their life.
Young adulthood can be a weird, chaotic, fun, and tricky stage of life.
Whether you are in college, just graduated, or in your first "real" job, adjusting to adult life can be challenging. I'm here to help you sort through the mess.
"The grace, patience, and dignity that she gave to my child encouraged me to show that same grace, patience, and sense of dignity to my child and family."

I'm on your team.
I have experience working in and collaborating with school systems. 504s, IEPs, and Behavior Plans can be confusing. I can help explain those processes and guide you through it.
I also have experience working in a primary care pediatric office and can offer support in navigating conversations to have with your child's PCP when needed.
I collaborate with school counselors, teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists as needed.
